Guinness Glazed Pecans

These pecans are delicious and pretty easy to make.
You do want to have a candy thermometer to help with monitoring the sugar when it comes to a hard boil. That is probably the hardest part of this entire recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 cups pecans
- ½ cup Guinness Draught Stout Beer
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Instructions

Melt sugar and butter in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Add in Guinness

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil to hard crack stage or 300 on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat and pour in pecans.

Toss nuts to glaze, coat evenly.

Spread on wax paper to cool.

Separate when cool and enjoy.
